About the Role We are seeking a Lead Manual Tester to join our team and oversee QA efforts for healthcare projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in manual testing and leadership capabilities to guide a team of automation engineers. Key Responsibilities • Manage and mentor a team of test engineers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely execution • Review and optimize test scripts for performance and reliability • Track and report test coverage, defects, and quality metrics • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards • Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative testing solutions Requirements • 10+ years in software testing and automation • 5–7 years of Manual testing with healthcare domain experience • 2–3 years in Practice Management/Hospital Management System • Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing of Healthcare domain • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) • Solid understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills • Experience in leading small teams and managing test deliverables • API testing experience using RestAssured or Postman • Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
