About the Role We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a hybrid role that requires strong technical leadership capabilities and extensive experience with .NET development. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership for .NET development projects • Guide and mentor junior developers • Design and implement system architecture • Collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements Requirements • 10+ years of overall experience with strong technical leadership capabilities • Strong .NET development experience • React Native experience preferred; candidates with strong ReactJS experience will also be considered • 4–5 years of mobile application development experience preferred • Experience with AI tools, GitHub Copilot, and Kiro • Hands-on AWS experience is a big plus • Strong understanding of system design and cloud architecture • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
