About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead React / UI Developer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in frontend application development and modern JavaScript frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Single Page Applications (SPA) and Rich Internet Applications (RIA) • Implement design patterns, coding standards, and architecture • Utilize CI/CD and deployment practices • Work with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, DOM APIs, and responsive web development • Use React, MobX, jQuery, AngularJS, and Node.js • Understand web technologies including Apache, HTTP, SOAP, JSON, XML, and RESTful APIs • Work with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance React/Angular-based enterprise applications • Work with Java, C++, Linux/Unix, open-source platforms, and SOA-based architectures • Prepare and review technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and design documents • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting • Collaborate with product, business, development, infrastructure, and architecture teams • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices
