About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead React / UI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on frontend application development using modern JavaScript frameworks and enterprise-level web technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Single Page Applications (SPA) and Rich Internet Applications (RIA) • Develop and maintain React/Angular-based enterprise applications • Prepare and review technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and design documents • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices • Collaborate with product, business, development, infrastructure, and architecture teams Requirements • Strong software development experience with expertise in design patterns, coding standards, and architecture • Extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, DOM APIs, and responsive web development • Hands-on experience with React, MobX, jQuery, AngularJS, and Node.js • Strong understanding of web technologies including Apache, HTTP, SOAP, JSON, XML, and RESTful APIs • Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp • Experience working with Java, C++, Linux/Unix, open-source platforms, and SOA-based architectures • Excellent collaboration skills to work with various teams
