About the Role We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team for a contract position. This role requires extensive experience in delivering enterprise software and digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities • Deliver enterprise software or digital transformation projects • Implement SaaS solutions and system integrations • Utilize low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions • Apply Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices • Engage with clients and manage stakeholders Requirements • 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or digital transformation projects • Strong experience in SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation • Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions • Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices • Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills • BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise domain experience preferred
