About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and AI-powered software development. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical leadership in backend engineering • Design and implement distributed systems • Lead development of cloud-native applications • Integrate AI technologies into software solutions • Conduct code reviews and architectural design Requirements • Expert-level Golang (Go) and Python • Strong backend development with Node.js • Experience with microservices and distributed systems architecture • Proficiency with AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift • Knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible • Familiarity with Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, and event-driven architecture • Experience with AI coding tools and LLM integrations • Technical leadership abilities and architectural design skills Preferred Qualifications • US Healthcare Insurance / Payer Domain Experience • Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, and Provider Networks knowledge • Understanding of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and X12 EDI • Client-facing technical consulting experience
