About the Role We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to serve as the primary technical solution for Workday initiatives. This role involves leading solution design and demonstrating hands-on expertise across various Workday modules. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary technical solution for Workday initiatives spanning HCM and Financial Management modules • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable, and well-documented Workday solution designs • Lead solution design, evaluate technical options, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and Workday best practices • Demonstrate hands-on expertise across Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence, and Financial Management modules, including Core Financials, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Expenses Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software engineering • Strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financial Management modules • Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Core Financials, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Expenses modules
