Key Responsibilities • Lead technical teams in infrastructure, operations, and observability domains • Implement and manage observability platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana • Utilize cloud environments like Azure and GCP • Leverage AI and Generative AI for improved incident response and engineering productivity Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, operations, SRE, platform engineering, or observability • 3+ years of people management experience • Strong knowledge of observability platforms and cloud environments • Experience with AI-assisted troubleshooting and anomaly detection Benefits
