About the Role We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for a 12-month contract position in Plano, TX. This role requires in-person interviews and is hybrid with 2 days onsite (Tuesday & Thursday). Key Responsibilities • Build ML pipelines, feature stores, and ML-ready datasets • Develop predictive models and implement model deployment strategies • Monitor model performance and implement model drift detection • Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement Medallion Architecture Requirements • 5–7 years of hands-on ML Engineering and Data Engineering experience • Strong Python and advanced SQL skills • Experience with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, MLflow, and Databricks Workflows • Deep understanding of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) • Knowledge of predictive analytics, model deployment, and monitoring • Strong communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills Benefits • Contract position with a leading technology company • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge ML technologies
