About the Role TekStaff IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, deploy, integrate, and operationalize AI and machine learning solutions in enterprise production environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning solutions • Build and operationalize ML models using modern MLOps practices • Develop reusable deployment patterns, automation, and CI/CD pipelines • Implement model monitoring, observability, and performance optimization • Analyze and prepare datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering • Evaluate ML algorithms and select appropriate approaches based on business objectives • Perform model validation, hyperparameter tuning, drift detection, and retraining • Troubleshoot production models and ensure reliability, scalability, and performance • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver AI/ML solutions Requirements • Advanced hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML Studio) and Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry • Strong experience in MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and observability • Hands-on experience with containers, APIs, automation, and production ML solutions • Strong Python programming and machine learning engineering skills • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics, including Classification, Regression, and Clustering • Feature Engineering and Model Evaluation • Hyperparameter Tuning • Model Drift Detection and Retraining • Performance Optimization and Production Troubleshooting • Experience with SQL, Git, Databricks, and Azure cloud services • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, VS Code, and Jira
