About the Role We are looking for a Mainframe Architect to join our team. This role requires both technical expertise and vendor management skills. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the mainframe outsourcing provider: SOWs, SLAs, changes and releases • Coordinate incidents and drive ITIL practices • Be the go-to expert for mainframe infrastructure and platform roadmap • Plan capacity, optimize performance and keep software at current release levels Requirements • 10+ years as a z/OS systems programmer • Experience managing outsourcing agreements and holding vendors accountable to SLAs • Solid ITIL knowledge (incident, problem, change) • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems • Fluent English and the ability to explain technical topics to business leaders
