About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong C#/.NET skills to support mainframe application development, integration, and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with traditional mainframe technologies along with modern .NET development and database technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications. • Build and support applications using C#/.NET. • Work with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM components. • Design and maintain SQL Server databases. • Support mainframe modernization and integration initiatives. • Develop and maintain APIs connecting mainframe and modern applications. • Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver reliable solutions. Requirements • Strong experience with mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM • Hands-on experience in C#/.NET development • Experience with SQL Server and database design • Knowledge of mainframe modernization and application integration • Experience with API development and system integration • Healthcare domain experience is preferred • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
