About the Role We are looking for a Mainframe IMS Database Administrator to join our team. This role requires extensive experience with IBM z/OS and IMS database administration. Key Responsibilities • Administer IMS databases and perform DBRC operations • Manage forward recovery processes • Maintain IMS HALDB and IMS Catalog • Troubleshoot issues in Mainframe Batch and IMS environments • Implement and manage security protocols Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Mainframe IMS Database Administration • State Client Experience • Experience with IBM z/OS • Strong experience with JCL, CICS, COBOL, VSAM, and TSO • Hands-on experience with SDSF, SYSVIEW, IDCAMS, IEBGENER, and IEFBR14 • Experience with IMS HALDB, IMS Catalog, and REXX programming • Strong troubleshooting skills in Mainframe Batch and IMS environments Preferred Skills • Top Secret Administration • IPPrintway and Mainframe Printer Management • ISPF Panels, Skeletons, REXX, and ISMF • Batch SFTP / FTPS processing • Informatica PowerExchange and IMS / VSAM Change Data Capture (CDC)
