About the Role We are seeking a Mainframe - Network Architect (z/OS) with 12+ years of core experience to lead high-impact enterprise infrastructure, network protocols, and large-scale upgrade initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead z/OS installations and upgrades • Perform performance tuning and Workload Management (WLM) • Manage JES3 environments • Ensure robust Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness Requirements • 12+ years of experience with mainframe technologies • Expertise in Sysplex configurations • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP/VTAM networking • Experience with z/OS system programming • Familiarity with SNA, VTAM, TCP/IP, OSA, OSPF, and Enterprise Network Security • Proficiency in z/OS Systems Programming, Sysplex, LPAR management, SMP/E, HCD, IOCP, and PARMLIB
