About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Tester for a long-term contract opportunity. This role requires extensive experience in mainframe technologies and healthcare domain knowledge. Key Responsibilities • Perform QA testing on mainframe systems using COBOL, DB2, JCL, SQL, and CICS • Test Enrollment and Billing systems (WGS/ISG), WGS Claims, Finance systems, and Customer-centric Portals • Conduct E2E testing of WGS applications • Perform both Batch and Online testing • Validate results and oversee defect management Requirements • 5+ years of strong QA testing experience • Extensive experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, SQL, and CICS • Healthcare domain experience with Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Finance systems • Knowledge of WGS applications and E2E Testing • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) • Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Expert analytical skills and attention to detail
