About the Role We are actively seeking an experienced Mainframe Vantage Programmer for a high-priority Life & Annuities policy administration initiative. Key Responsibilities • Build Traditional Whole Life & Universal Life products from scratch using Product Wizard • Handle policy data migrations, conversions, and batch abend resolution • Author Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) • Support SIT/UAT/Production rollouts Requirements • 8+ years in Mainframe development (COBOL, JCL, DB2) • 5+ years hands-on experience with the Vantage-One (wmA) platform • Deep experience building Traditional Whole Life & Universal Life products • Strong background in policy data migrations, conversions, and batch abend resolution • Experience authoring Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) and supporting SIT/UAT/Production rollouts
