About the Role We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Vulnerability & Security Analyst with strong IBM Z and z/OS security expertise. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and manage mainframe vulnerabilities • Implement security measures using RACF / Top Secret • Perform vulnerability management and remediation • Utilize IBM zSecure and mainframe audit tools • Conduct SMP/E, patching, and CVE management • Ensure compliance with STIG, NIST 800-53, CIS Benchmarks, and PCI DSS • Work with USS, CICS, Db2, MQ, JES, and SSL/TLS • Perform SMF analysis and automation using Python / REXX Requirements • 10+ years of experience in mainframe security • Strong expertise in IBM Z and z/OS security • Experience with RACF / Top Secret • Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation • Familiarity with IBM zSecure and mainframe audit tools • Experience with SMP/E, patching, and CVE management • Understanding of STIG, NIST 800-53, CIS Benchmarks, and PCI DSS • Experience with USS, CICS, Db2, MQ, JES, and SSL/TLS • Skills in SMF analysis and automation using Python / REXX • Experience in financial services or regulated environments is highly preferred
