About the Role We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with experience in the eCommerce domain to join our team. This role involves performing manual testing to validate application functionality and business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and business requirements • Understand and follow end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes • Work with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the software development process • Use JIRA for defect tracking, task management, and issue reporting • Work with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and tools • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve quality issues • Identify, document, track, and retest software defects • Contribute to end-to-end testing of eCommerce applications • Communicate testing progress, risks, and results effectively • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application quality Requirements • Experience in manual application testing • Understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) • Proficiency in using JIRA • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience with eCommerce projects
