About the Role We are looking for experienced Manual QA Engineers / Manual Testers to join our team. This role involves performing manual testing of web applications and software products, preparing test plans and cases, and reporting defects. Key Responsibilities • Perform manual testing of web applications and software products • Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and QA documentation • Execute test cases and identify, document, and report defects • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing • Track defects, coordinate with development teams, and verify bug fixes • Understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios • Maintain detailed testing reports, execution results, and defect logs • Ensure application quality and adherence to defined requirements • Work independently and communicate testing progress effectively Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manual QA / Software Testing • Strong expertise in QA documentation, test scenarios, and test case preparation • Experience in test execution, defect identification, and bug reporting • Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and system testing • Familiarity with defect tracking and testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
