About the Role We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester / QA Lead with strong expertise in healthcare domain testing, API testing, and Practice Management / Hospital Management Systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead test engineers and manage test strategy • Ensure high-quality project delivery • Conduct manual testing in the healthcare domain • Perform API testing using Postman or RestAssured • Utilize CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Apply QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices Requirements • 10+ years of overall software testing experience • 5–7 years of manual testing experience in the healthcare domain • 2–3 years of experience with Practice Management / Hospital Management Systems • Hands-on API testing experience using Postman or RestAssured • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Strong understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum • Experience in team leadership, test strategy, and QA delivery • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills • BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc in Engineering or a related technical field
