About the Role We are looking for a skilled Mechatronics Test Engineer with experience in hardware verification, validation, and test development for complex hardware/software systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures • Create test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems • Design, commission, and operate test benches for robotic systems • Work with actuators, batteries, sensors, and cameras • Perform system-level verification and validation testing for robotics and automation products • Select instrumentation and laboratory test equipment • Process and analyze test data to measure performance against specifications • Prepare test reports and provide engineering insights to support design decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout product development Requirements • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field • Experience in product development from concept to production • Technical project management experience • Experience sourcing and setting up laboratory equipment
