About the Role We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications • Build secure, high-performance APIs and responsive React interfaces • Optimize database models, queries, and application performance • Integrate third-party APIs and internal services • Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, database, and CI/CD • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment • Maintain technical documentation and follow security and coding best practices Requirements • Strong experience with MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js • JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript proficiency • RESTful API development and backend services experience • React Hooks, reusable components, and state management knowledge • MongoDB schema design, indexing, and query optimization skills • Azure DevOps (ADO) YAML pipelines for React/Node.js services • Authentication and authorization: JWT, OAuth/OIDC • Git, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies • Azure cloud fundamentals, CI/CD, debugging, and performance tuning
