About the Role We are looking for an experienced MFT Engineer (Automation) with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling technologies, infrastructure administration, and production support. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement automation solutions using IBM Sterling technologies • Provide production support and troubleshooting for IBM Sterling systems • Configure and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway • Manage IBM Sterling Global Mailbox and Control Center • Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of IBM Sterling products • Troubleshoot issues involving Cassandra, IBM MQ, ZooKeeper, business processes, and network connectivity • Support 24/7 production environment with on-call assistance Requirements • 8+ years of experience with IBM Sterling technologies • Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway • Experience with IBM Sterling Global Mailbox and Control Center • Expertise in IBM Sterling installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance • Strong troubleshooting skills involving Cassandra, IBM MQ, ZooKeeper, business processes, and network connectivity • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments • Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Shell Scripting for automation • Knowledge of Globalscape, GoAnywhere, SQL, and BPML is an added advantage
