About the Role We are looking for experienced Microsoft Agentic AI Developers to design and build intelligent AI agents and enterprise-grade AI solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop single-agent and multi-agent AI systems using Planner/Worker/Reviewer, ReAct, and Plan-Execute patterns • Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool calling, and autonomous task execution • Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources • Build solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, and App Services • Implement agent orchestration using Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks • Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and business workflows • Implement agent memory, human-in-the-loop approvals, guardrails, monitoring, and Responsible AI practices • Develop secure, scalable, production-ready applications with CI/CD and DevOps practices Requirements • Strong programming skills in Python and/or C# • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service • Experience with Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, LLMs, prompt engineering, and structured JSON outputs • Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks • Strong understanding of APIs, asynchronous processing, error handling, and software design • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development • Understanding of Responsible AI, data security, and enterprise governance
