About the Role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Engineer with strong hands-on experience in custom development, configuration, integrations, and solution deployment. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing • Develop and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions to various instances • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems like SharePoint Online • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements • Maintain System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation Requirements • 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Custom Development • Experience with XrmToolBox, scripting, plug-ins, and ribbon workbench • Experience with at least two different Microsoft Dynamics 365 Modules • Extensive programming experience in C# .NET • Experience with Dynamics 365 out of the box Configuration • Experience packaging and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions • Experience with Dynamics 365 Portal Design and Development • HTML and JavaScript development • Experience with Web API/Web Services • Experience with CRM API • Experience with SQL Server 2016 and above • Experience with SSRS custom development • Experience with SharePoint Online integration • Experience meeting with Project Stakeholders, SMEs, and Business Users • Experience creating and maintaining SDLC documentation • Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation • Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops
