About the Role We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer/Analyst for a 12+ month contract position. This role requires local presence in Trenton, NJ with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities • Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM • Develop using C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server • Utilize XrmToolBox, Plug-ins, and Ribbon Workbench • Work with Power Apps Portals, CRM API, and Web Services • Implement Workflows, Business Process Flows, and SSRS • Integrate with SharePoint Online • Perform business analysis, requirements gathering, and SDLC documentation • Use Jira or Azure Dev Ops for project management Requirements • 10+ years of experience • Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration • Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server • Experience with XrmToolBox, Plug-ins, Ribbon Workbench • Knowledge of Power Apps Portals, CRM API, and Web Services • Familiarity with Workflows, Business Process Flows, and SSRS • Experience with SharePoint Online integration • Business analysis, requirements gathering, and SDLC documentation skills • Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops Important Note: In-person interview is mandatory, and onsite schedule in Trenton, NJ is non-negotiable.
