About the Role We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Data Architect to lead enterprise-scale data platform architecture, with a strong focus on IBM DataStage to Microsoft Fabric migration and modernization. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-scale data platform architecture • Focus on IBM DataStage to Microsoft Fabric migration and modernization • Provide hands-on expertise in data architecture and governance Requirements • 10+ years of experience in data architecture • Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and IBM DataStage • Experience leading complex enterprise migration initiatives • Strong knowledge of OneLake, Fabric Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse • Proficiency in PySpark and SQL • Experience with Power BI and Azure Data Platform • Familiarity with Azure DevOps • Knowledge of data architecture, governance, and performance optimization
