About the Role We are looking for a hands-on ML Engineer with strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, and the GCP ecosystem to build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions in a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models • Work with Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, VLMs, and Small Language Models • Utilize the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem • Implement RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge graphs • Apply MLOps practices for model monitoring, CI/CD, and governance • Perform data engineering, feature engineering, and model evaluation • Develop secure REST APIs, microservices, and Kubernetes deployments • Work with OCR and Intelligent Document Processing • Ensure Explainable AI, bias assessment, and data privacy compliance Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning • Proven experience delivering complete AI/ML lifecycle into production • Strong hands-on model-building experience • Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus • Strong communication skills and ability to mentor engineering teams
