About the Role We are seeking a Senior Multi-Cloud Network & Observability Engineer to join our team. This role requires a DevOps mindset and extensive experience with enterprise networking and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud network architectures • Ensure observability across cloud environments using various monitoring tools • Automate network operations and incident response processes • Troubleshoot complex network issues and create runbooks Requirements • 10+ years in enterprise networking / cloud infrastructure • Expertise in AWS: VPC, Transit Gateway, Cloud WAN, Direct Connect, VPN • Expertise in Azure: VNet, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, Route Server, VPN Gateway • Expertise in GCP: VPC, Cloud Router, Interconnect, Cloud VPN, Shared VPC, NCC • Strong knowledge of BGP routing, IPsec VPN, and hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity • Experience with observability tools: CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Monitoring, VPC Flow Logs, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics • Proficiency with Terraform for IaC and reusable modules • CI/CD experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions • Automation skills with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, JSON/YAML • Network incident troubleshooting, RCA, and runbook creation
