About the Role We are looking for a .NET Developer to join the New York State team. This role focuses on developing healthcare applications with strong emphasis on HIPAA and PHI compliance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain healthcare applications using .NET technologies • Implement HIPAA and PHI compliant solutions • Work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL • Design and implement SOAP/REST APIs • Analyze and refactor Visual Basic 6 code • Perform unit testing and version control using Git and TFS Requirements • Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core MVC • Healthcare domain expertise with understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance • Proficiency in Oracle, PL/SQL, and stored procedures • Experience with WCF, SOA, SOAP/REST APIs • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, and CSS • Experience with Visual Basic 6 code analysis • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and version control systems like Git and TFS
