About the Role We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our team, focusing on building enterprise-level applications with a strong emphasis on accessibility. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain .NET applications using C# and modern frameworks • Implement front-end solutions with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript • Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards • Design and implement RESTful APIs and middleware • Work with enterprise design systems and responsive design principles Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C# (MVC) • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design • Formal WCAG training and proven experience with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 • Experience with accessibility testing tools like JAWS and axe • Recent experience with modern frameworks and best practices • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Working knowledge of SQL Server and REST APIs • Experience handling sensitive data in enterprise production applications • Bachelor’s in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
