About the Role We are seeking a .NET Middleware Developer to work on healthcare interoperability projects, specifically focusing on the CMS 0057 Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA) program. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable middleware applications using C#, .NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core • Develop RESTful APIs and integration services connecting multiple healthcare applications • Build orchestration services coordinating transactions across payer systems, UM platforms, and interoperability APIs • Implement synchronous and asynchronous communication mechanisms • Develop configurable transformation services supporting JSON, XML, CSV, and flat file formats • Build file-based integration services supporting SFTP transfers, file validation, acknowledgments, and exception handling Requirements • 7-12 years of experience in middleware development • Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C# • Experience with REST APIs and HL7 FHIR standards • Domain knowledge in US Healthcare, Medicaid, and Healthcare Interoperability
