About the Role CDW Canada is seeking experienced NetApp ONTAP (FSxN) Architects / Implementation Engineers for remote, project-based contract work supporting client projects across Canada. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement storage components for enterprise AWS FSx for NetApp ONTAP (FSxN) solutions • Support projects from discovery and architecture through implementation, migration, validation, documentation, and operational handover • Perform discovery and storage architecture • Implement AWS FSx for NetApp ONTAP solutions • Execute NetApp ONTAP-to-FSxN migrations • Handle FSxN sizing, capacity, throughput, tiering, and performance • Configure and troubleshoot SnapMirror • Manage NFS and SMB/CIFS services • Execute production migration and cutover activities • Create implementation, migration, and as-built documentation • Conduct knowledge transfer and operational handover Requirements • Deep, hands-on NetApp ONTAP expertise • Hands-on AWS FSx for NetApp ONTAP implementation experience • Experience architecting and sizing FSxN environments • Direct NetApp-to-FSxN migration experience • Strong SnapMirror configuration and troubleshooting skills • Strong NFS and SMB/CIFS expertise • Storage capacity and performance analysis experience • Experience determining appropriate FSxN SSD capacity, throughput, and tiering configurations • Experience executing production migration cutovers • Strong ONTAP and FSxN troubleshooting skills • Ability to produce detailed implementation, migration, and as-built documentation • Eligibility to work in Canada
