About the Role We are looking for an experienced Network Security Cloud Engineer to lead cloud firewall modernization and strengthen security across a large-scale AWS environment. Key Responsibilities • Assess and modernize existing AWS firewall and cloud security environments • Design, implement, and optimize AWS WAF rules and security policies • Build and configure AWS firewall environments from the ground up • Automate security deployments using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Manage AWS networking, traffic routing, load balancing, and traffic inspection • Strengthen API security and implement cloud security best practices • Collaborate with network engineering teams on cloud security transformation • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer Requirements • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS WAF • Experience building AWS firewall environments from scratch • Strong cloud security and network firewall engineering background • Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation • Technical leadership, team mentoring, and documentation skills Ideal Candidate A hands-on cloud security expert with strong firewall engineering skills and experience leading cloud security modernization initiatives.
