About the Role We are seeking a Network Security Engineer for a 6-month contract-to-hire position in Foster City, CA. Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain enterprise firewalls (NGFW/UTM) • Configure and manage IDS/IPS, URL Filtering, and TLS Inspection • Deploy and support 802.1X NAC and Remote Access VPN • Implement network segmentation and Layer-7 security measures • Perform change management and troubleshooting Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Network Security Engineering • Strong knowledge of enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, and URL Filtering • Experience with 802.1X NAC, Remote Access VPN, and network segmentation • Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Terraform is a plus • Security certifications are a plus
