About the Role We are looking for a Network Security Engineer to join a dedicated team at a large Dutch IT service provider. This role focuses on Lifecycle Management (LCM), configuration, and management of large-scale, business-critical security environments in a complex enterprise environment within the corporate financial sector. Key Responsibilities • Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise firewall and network environments • Implement automation solutions using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Python • Participate in periodic on-call / standby shifts Requirements • Experience with Next-Gen Firewalls and Load Balancing • Strong affinity for Network Automation (CI/CD, infrastructure building) • Proactive attitude and flexibility for on-call duties • Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English
