About the Role We are looking for an experienced Network Voice Engineer to provide advanced engineering and operational support for enterprise Cisco Collaboration and Microsoft Teams Voice environments. Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced engineering and operational support for enterprise Cisco Collaboration and Microsoft Teams Voice environments • Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice-related issues • Implement and maintain voice routing, dial plans, and number normalization • Monitor voice quality and performance Requirements • Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and Teams Voice • Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration, Cisco CUCM, and Cisco CUBE • Understanding of SIP, SIP Clients, and PSTN Connectivity • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans • Experience with Voice Routing, Dial Plans, and Number Normalization • Knowledge of QoS and Enterprise Network Troubleshooting • Proficiency in PowerShell Administration and Automation • Experience with Voice Monitoring, Call Quality, and Performance Analysis
