About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in OpenShift, IBM MQ, Linux, and cloud platform engineering. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise OpenShift environments, deploying IBM MQ on containerized platforms, automating infrastructure, and supporting secure, scalable, highly available cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage enterprise OpenShift environments • Deploy IBM MQ on containerized platforms • Automate infrastructure using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python • Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, Harness, or Argo CD • Monitor and maintain observability with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry • Ensure knowledge of Azure/GCP, networking, persistent storage, TLS, high availability, disaster recovery, and enterprise security controls Requirements • 8+ years of experience in the field • 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenShift • 5+ years of experience with Linux, containerization, and container orchestration • 3+ years of experience with IBM MQ • 3+ years of experience with infrastructure automation tools • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
