Key Responsibilities • Provide Application Support and Production Support for IT systems • Manage Windows Server environments and networking • Configure applications and manage environments • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors • Support Formscape and Drools technologies Requirements • Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or IT Operations • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and networking fundamentals • Experience with application configuration, environment management, and vendor tools • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving production incidents • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Willingness to learn and support Formscape and Drools technologies
