About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle Argus Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on implementing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle Argus Safety systems for pharmacovigilance solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage implementation, upgrades, and support of Oracle Argus Safety and other safety solutions, including interfaces and integrations • Participate in technical workstreams covering configuration, data migration, reporting, and system upgrades • Prepare progress reports, technical proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations • Serve as an Oracle Argus Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical issues involving Argus Safety and related interfaces • Ensure timely project delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-quality solutions • Guide team members in resolving critical technical issues and implementing enhancements • Participate in application design, development, configuration, and implementation Requirements • 8+ years of overall IT experience • 6+ years of Oracle Argus Safety implementation, upgrade, and support experience • Experience working in an Oracle Argus managed services team • Participation in at least two implementation or upgrade projects, including configuration, validation, and data migration • Expertise in configuring reporting destinations and rules with advanced conditions • Proven experience implementing continuous improvements • Experience training and mentoring junior team members • Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams across the USA, Europe, and other regions • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations from FDA, EMA, MHRA, and other regulatory agencies • Understanding of compliance standards, including 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, and GxP
