About the Role The State of Arkansas is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to support and modernize court management applications. Key Responsibilities • Support and modernize court management applications • Administer Oracle databases including RAC and Single Instance • Implement and manage Oracle Data Guard • Perform database backup, recovery, and maintenance • Conduct performance tuning and optimization • Develop and maintain PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, and views • Administer SQL Server databases • Manage database security and data integrity Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT experience • Strong experience in Oracle Database Administration • Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC and Single Instance • Oracle Data Guard • SQL Server database administration • Database Backup & Recovery • Database Performance Tuning and Optimization • Oracle PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Packages and Views • Linux and Windows Server Administration • Database Design, Security and Data Integrity • Database upgrades, patching and maintenance • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Benefits • Competitive hourly rate up to $46/hour
