About the Role We are looking for experienced Oracle ERP Functional Architects to lead solution design, business process transformation, and architecture governance across multiple Oracle ERP domains. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution design, business process transformation, and architecture governance • Manage business requirements workshops and stakeholder management • Develop functional specifications, conduct UAT, manage integrations, and provide deployment support • Lead enterprise-scale business transformation initiatives Requirements • 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP • 5+ years of experience in Functional Architecture • Strong Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS experience • 5+ years of relevant functional architecture experience • Experience with solution design, fit-gap analysis, and architecture governance • Business requirements workshops and stakeholder management • Functional specifications, UAT, integrations, and deployment support • Experience leading enterprise-scale business transformation initiatives
