About the Role We are looking for an Oracle Functional Tester with expertise in Asset Management to support Oracle Cloud Financials testing. This role involves executing end-to-end functional validation across core financial modules for implementation projects. Key Responsibilities • Support Oracle Cloud Financials testing by executing end-to-end functional validation across core financial modules • Prepare test scripts, validate financial business processes, manage defects, and ensure system quality and data integrity • Understand and analyze business process flows across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Management (AM) • Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and process workflows • Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, and End-to-End (E2E) testing for Oracle Financials Cloud modules • Validate financial business processes across GL, AP, AR, and AM to ensure completeness and compliance • Execute Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Record to Report (R2R) testing cycles • Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA • Collaborate with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support quality delivery • Support validation of integrations between Oracle Financials Cloud modules and external systems • Perform data validation leveraging delivered and custom Oracle Cloud reports Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in functional testing for Oracle Financials Cloud • Strong functional expertise in Asset Management (asset capitalization process, depreciation) • Good working knowledge of General Ledger (journals, cross validation rules, allocations, period close) • Good working knowledge of Accounts Payable (invoices, payments, supplier management) • Good working knowledge of Billing and Accounts Receivable (billing, receipts, collections) • Experience executing full testing lifecycle including unit, system, and end-to-end testing • Strong understanding of financial business processes and inter-module dependencies • Ability to translate business requirements into effective and comprehensive test coverage • Familiarity with testing methodologies and defect management processes • Understanding of integrations across Oracle modules and external interfaces • Basic experience running delivered and custom reports for data validation • Ability to independently lead testing efforts with minimal guidance
