About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Integration Testing Lead to lead end-to-end testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance for a large-scale Oracle transformation program spanning ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance • Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Develop and execute Test Strategy, Planning, Scripts, and Execution Reporting • Handle Defect Management, Root-Cause Analysis, and Jira • Perform Data Migration Validation and Reconciliation • Implement Security, Access Controls, and Non-Functional Testing • Conduct Integration Testing Across Enterprise Applications • Manage Test Environment and Test Data • Ensure Go-Live Readiness and Quarterly Release Testing • Develop Test Automation Frameworks and Continuous Improvement Requirements • Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Testing experience in ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM • Expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Experience with End-to-End, Regression, and Integration Testing • Proficiency in Test Strategy, Planning, Scripts, and Execution Reporting • Knowledge of Defect Management, Root-Cause Analysis, and Jira • Experience with Data Migration Validation and Reconciliation • Understanding of Security, Access Controls, and Non-Functional Testing • Ability to conduct Integration Testing Across Enterprise Applications • Experience with Test Environment and Test Data Management • Familiarity with Go-Live Readiness and Quarterly Release Testing • Knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks and Continuous Improvement
