About the Role We are looking for Quality Assurance (QA) Testers to support Oracle HCM testing and regression activities. Key Responsibilities • Execute existing automated regression test suites for Oracle HCM quarterly platform releases • Perform regression testing for internal releases as per the release schedule • Analyze test execution results and identify defects requiring resolution • Prepare regression execution reports with pass/fail summaries, failed test cases, evidence, and re-run outcomes • Log and track defects with reproduction steps, logs, screenshots, environment details, and severity recommendations • Maintain test suites and document updates, impacted test coverage, and changes Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM testing • Experience in regression testing and test execution • Knowledge of automated test suite maintenance and execution • Strong analytical and documentation skills • Experience in defect tracking and reporting
