About the Role We are seeking an Oracle Incentive Compensation Techno Functional professional to join our team. This role involves configuring and managing incentive compensation solutions using Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud. Key Responsibilities • Configure and manage Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud system • Understand and apply Oracle methodologies for incentive compensation • Work with business requirements and IT team to strategize solutions • Set up, document, and test the Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud system • Troubleshoot issues with incentive compensation solutions • Design, build and configure incentive compensation plans and components • Work on enhancements to meet business process and application requirements • Create and modify reports and dashboards using OTBI and Data Model Requirements • Strong understanding of Classification Rules, Assignment Rules, and Credit Rules • Experience with configuring incentive formulae, flexfields, and web services • Proficient in import management related to users, transactions, rules, and goals • Knowledge of Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud customization • Experience in Agile scrum prioritization and development process
