Key Responsibilities • Lead Oracle Learning Cloud implementations • Manage Learning & Development initiatives • Ensure compliance training and certifications • Handle Core HR and Talent Integration • Work with HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI tools Requirements • 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM • 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations • Experience with Learning & Development, Compliance Training, and Certifications • Knowledge of Core HR, Talent Integration, HDL, HCM Extracts • Proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, SIT/UAT, and Go-Live processes
