About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead to drive end-to-end implementation, solution design, and delivery of Oracle Learning Management Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead Oracle Learning Cloud implementation, functional design, and solution configuration • Configure learning catalogs, courses, offerings, certifications, ILT/VILT, and learning journeys • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and develop functional solution designs • Integrate Oracle Learning Cloud with Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, and third-party content providers • Manage data migration, HDL, HCM Extracts, and integrations • Develop OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports • Lead SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production hypercare • Drive stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery excellence Requirements • 8–15 years in Oracle HCM / HR Technology • 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consulting / Lead roles • 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations • Global implementation and full lifecycle delivery experience • Strong Oracle Learning Cloud expertise, including learning catalog and certification configuration • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, Core HR, Talent, and Recruiting integrations • Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, APIs, and reporting • Excellent client communication, workshop facilitation, and leadership skills
