About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise implementation and delivery programs, focusing on Oracle WMS, Oracle SCM, and Oracle R12. Key Responsibilities • Lead program planning, scope definition, milestones, and integrated delivery roadmaps • Manage client business and IT stakeholders, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting • Drive program governance, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and escalations • Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery • Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads on end-to-end integration design and architecture sign-off • Manage cross-functional dependencies, change requests, scope, budget, and schedules • Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare • Track resource utilization, delivery KPIs, and compliance with client security and quality standards Requirements • Strong hands-on program management experience with Oracle WMS and SCM modules in Oracle R12 • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills • Proven Oracle implementation delivery experience
