About the Role We are seeking an experienced OCM Professional to support an enterprise-wide SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation, including business process changes across Finance & Treasury, HR, Technology, and other enterprise functions. Key Responsibilities • Support an enterprise-wide SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation • Implement business process changes across Finance & Treasury, HR, Technology, and other enterprise functions Requirements • SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP Implementation or Migration Experience – Mandatory • Organizational Change Management (OCM/OCE) • Change Impact Assessment • Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Alignment IT Project Manager – ServiceNow (SNOW) Implementations About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience managing IT projects and hands-on exposure to ServiceNow module implementations. Experience in at least one of the following areas is required: Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, AI Control Tower, or Vulnerability Management. Key Responsibilities • Manage IT projects with hands-on exposure to ServiceNow module implementations • Lead projects in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, AI Control Tower, or Vulnerability Management Requirements • 5–10 years of experience managing IT projects • ServiceNow Module Implementation / Enhancement – Mandatory • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (DR) • AI Control Tower / AI Governance • Vulnerability Management & Remediation Tracking • Candidates must have hands-on experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules—not just using ServiceNow for tickets, incidents or project tracking.
